
Cliff Bloom is a senior member of our Public Sector Client Service Team. He acts as Township Attorney for more than a dozen townships in West Michigan and also acts as City Attorney for the City of Newaygo and Assistant City Attorney for the City of East Grand Rapids. He has particular knowledge and understanding in riparian (water) rights law.
Cliff received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.
