Crystal is a member of the firm’s public sector and litigation practice groups. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton in 2000. She graduated from the honors program of Valparaiso University School of Law in 2005, where she received her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude. Prior to joining Law Weathers, Crystal clerked in the pre-hearing division of the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Crystal is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association.
