John (Jack) Nichols serves of counsel to the frm in the areas of general corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, business fnance, antitrust, and contract negotiations.

Jack practiced at the firm for thirty-two years before he became Vice President and General Counsel of Perrigo Company in 1995. He retired from Perrigo in 2005 and currently works for Law, Weathers & Richardson on an "of counsel" basis. Jack is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio, and received his law degree from the University of Michigan in 1962. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
