Bill Hineline is past chair of our Health Care Provider Client Service Team and is a member of our Small Business and Corporate Client Service Teams. He specializes in business and employee benefits law and is also chair of the firm's Employee Benefits Law Practice Group.

Bill is a director and past vice president of the John Ball Zoological Society, a director and past president of D.A. Blodgett for Children, and has served on the board of Lutheran Social Services of Michigan. Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. In addition, Bill is a member and past trustee of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, and a member of the Health Care Law, Taxation, and Business Law sections of the State Bar of Michigan. He is also a past president of the firm, and is listed as a SuperLawyer and in the Best Lawyers in America.
