Our health care practice exclusively represents physicians, other health care providers, and their practices, from solo practitioners to large groups. While our practice is focused on West Michigan we routinely work with health care providers throughout the state. To serve our clients as effectively as possible, we do not represent any hospitals, insurance companies, or other institutional health care providers.

Our clients practice in a complex, and constantly changing business and regulatory environment. We routinely review and negotiate contracts, assist with the formation of multi-specialty groups and other physician organizations, participate in the purchase and sale of medical practices, negotiate and draft employment agreements, and advise physicians on complying with the array of federal and state laws regulating health care.
